1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and viiph ("viiph", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the viiph website located at viiph.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo, and all other gaming and entertainment services offered through the viiph platform (collectively, the "Services").

2. Account Registration and Security

You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You agree to notify viiph immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

viiph will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be considered fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. You agree to use strong passwords and to take reasonable precautions to protect your account from unauthorized access.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

viiph is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To comply with legal and regulatory requirements, we implement Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and proof of payment method ownership.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Making Deposits

viiph accepts deposits via various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank and other Philippine banks, over-the-counter cash deposits at 7-Eleven and other retail locations, and cryptocurrency deposits using USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits must be made in your own name from payment sources that you legally own and control. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. viiph reserves the right to reject or return any deposit that does not comply with this requirement. Deposited funds are credited to your viiph account balance and may be used to place wagers on any available games or betting markets, subject to any bonus terms or restrictions that may apply.

3.2 Payment Processing

viiph processes deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) and USDT cryptocurrency. Deposit processing times vary by method but are typically instant or completed within minutes. For bank transfers, processing may take several hours depending on the bank. viiph does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

By making a deposit, you authorize viiph to debit the specified payment method and confirm that you have legal authority to use that payment method. You agree that all deposit transactions are final and that viiph is not obligated to reverse or refund deposits except where required by law or these Terms.

3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

Your viiph account balance is maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP) by default. If you deposit using a different currency or cryptocurrency, the deposit amount will be converted to PHP at viiph's prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rates are subject to change without notice and may differ from rates available elsewhere. Currency conversion fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed during the deposit process.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your viiph account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. For security and anti-money-laundering purposes, withdrawals should generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 for most payment methods. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary based on your account status, VIP level, and chosen withdrawal method. Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may be imposed. viiph reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple installments processed over time.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

viiph aims to process withdrawal requests within 1 to 24 hours of approval. However, actual processing time depends on the payment method selected and may be extended due to verification requirements, security reviews, or circumstances beyond our control. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed fastest, followed by bank transfers. First-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal requests may require additional verification and processing time.

All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by viiph's finance and security teams. We reserve the right to investigate any withdrawal request and may require additional documentation or information before processing. Suspicious activity, potential fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations may result in withdrawal delays or denials.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Before your first withdrawal and periodically thereafter, viiph requires completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. You must submit valid identification documents and proof of address as requested. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until verification is complete. Failure to complete verification within thirty (30) days of request may result in account suspension and return of funds to their source.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

viiph does not charge fees for most withdrawal methods, though payment processors and receiving banks may impose their own fees which will be deducted from your withdrawal amount. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before you confirm your withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

viiph offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to players ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. Detailed terms for each Bonus are provided at the time of offer and must be reviewed carefully before acceptance.

Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling thirty (30) times the Bonus amount before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

viiph may cancel, modify, or discontinue any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to exclude players from Bonuses at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse or terms violations.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

When placing bets on viiph, whether on casino games, sports events, or other wagering products, you are entering into a binding commitment. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error or as otherwise specified in specific game rules. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may change without notice. viiph reserves the right to refuse any bet or to limit the betting amount for any player at our discretion, particularly if we suspect manipulative betting, arbitrage, or other prohibited activities.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on viiph, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and specialty games, are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the game developer. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters related to gameplay, payouts, and game-specific features.

In cases where official results are disputed or unavailable, viiph's decision on bet settlement is final and binding.

For live (in-play) betting, odds and available markets update in real-time based on game progress. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief lag between actual events and odds updates. viiph reserves the right to void bets if we determine they were placed after an outcome was already known or if unfair advantage was taken of delayed odds updates.

6.4 Voided Bets and Disputes

viiph reserves the right to void any bet if we determine there was an obvious error in odds, bet acceptance, or bet settlement. This includes but is not limited to technical malfunctions, incorrect odds display, human error, or situations where bet outcomes were already determined at the time the bet was placed. In the event of a voided bet, your stake is returned to your account balance.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must contact viiph customer support within seven (7) days of settlement. Disputes reported after this period will not be considered. viiph will investigate all properly submitted disputes and make a final determination, which you agree to accept as binding.

7. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on viiph and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games
• Collusion with other players or coordination of bets to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage
• Exploitation of technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or use of viiph for any illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward viiph staff or other players
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Any activity that violates Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction

viiph employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. If we suspect any violation of these Terms, we may suspend your account pending investigation, request additional information or documentation, limit your betting activity, or permanently close your account. In cases of confirmed violations, we reserve the right to confiscate any remaining account balance and pursue recovery of any losses incurred by viiph as a result of the violation.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

viiph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of viiph shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

viiph is not responsible for failures or delays in Services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or acts of war or terrorism. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions, software errors, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless viiph, our affiliates, partners, licensors, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of viiph Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or (e) any content or information you submit or transmit through viiph.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of viiph Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact viiph customer support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently through direct communication with our support team. If informal resolution is not successful within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution or legal action as appropriate.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your viiph account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges and completion of all pending wagering requirements. You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred before account closure.

viiph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or at our sole discretion. In the event of account closure by viiph, we will return any remaining balance to you unless we have reasonable grounds to believe the balance was obtained through violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon account closure, your access to viiph Services will be immediately terminated, and you must cease all use of our platform. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall remain in effect after termination.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to viiph. Collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using viiph Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree that you provide all personal information to viiph at your own risk.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and viiph regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver by viiph of any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other provision or a continuing waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without viiph's prior written consent. viiph may freely assign these Terms or delegate any obligations without your consent or notice to you.

15.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict or discrepancy.
